Samsung Galaxy S20 Series with Rogers & Fido – All You Need To Know

Samsung Galaxy’s S20 series is out with many different standout features. The series has four models, namely S20FE, S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra. The S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra models have many similar features and offer slight variations in details. Overall, this series is an improved version of the S10 series that the company launched in 2019.

All four S20 models come with has Super AMOLED display with 3,200-by-1,440-pixel resolution and varying refresh rate of around 120MHz. The major difference is in the size with Ultra being the biggest of all. S20+ and S20 Ultra are superior models with advanced software and exclusive features. Design & Display 

In terms of design, there is not much change in the look of S20 as compared to S10. Both models have rounded edges with a curved screen, a glass body and slim bezels. The S20 model is slightly larger is a tiny bit larger than the S10 in size and also weighs 163 grams compared to the S10’s 157 grams.

Although the size of the screens for both phones is similar, both models have QHD+ resolution screens and support HDR10+. Camera

Samsung Galaxy S10 and S20 both come with triple rear cameras, combining ultra-wide, wide-angle and telephoto sensors. The S10 model’s main wide-angle of 12-megapixel and f1.5/f2.4, Ultra Wide-angle of 16-megapixel and f2.2 and telephoto of 12-megapixel and f2.4, while Samsung’s S20 model has similar main wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle, it has telephoto of 64-megapixel and f2.0. Both phones have a 10-megapixel selfie camera.

A ground-breaking feature that S20 model has is that it is also the first smartphone in the market that can capture 8K video at 30fps. The S20 model’s ‘Space Zoom’ feature that allows the user to zoom in closer and see more details from farther away. This technology combines 3x Hybrid Optic Zoom up with 30x Super-Resolution Zoom.

Other Features:

Both S10 and S20 phones are IP68 dust and water-resistant. This means that the phones will survive contact with dust and a dunk in up to 1.5m of water for up to 30 minutes.
